I have been coming to either Tai or San for the past few years and they each do an amazing job. Honestly they are the reason I keep coming back but after today I can honestly say that I'm done.

The last few times I have been in here, the women have been rude and very haughty. To add insult to injury, they are now charging way too much and inconsistently. Two weeks ago I got a pedicure and a gel polish on my hands and paid $32. $17 for the pedicure and $15 to polish my nails. Just polish... no manicure. Today I got the exact same thing (only this time I didn't even have gel polish that needed to be removed) and my total was $37. When I asked about the price difference they told me that I must've been mistaken. The lady doing my pedicure was so old that her hands were shaking and the girl who polished my hands had an attitude as if she was being inconvenienced.

It feels like there is a new managers or owner because things have changed so much but Tai and San need to go somewhere else because I foresee them losing a lot of customers in the near future....

My boyfriend and I were passing by and decided to stop for a mani and pedi (his was fine) & I received a pedi and a gel full set. Our experience here was absolutely horrible from start to finish. However, I must say the salon is nicely decorated and sanitary. The short guy that did my full set kept dictating to me how I should do my nails, what he can do, and what he cannot do. After showing him exactly how I wanted the outcome of my nails to be, he somehow managed to do them opposite to my liking. The young lady that did my pedi (slim and seems to be kind of young) had a nasty attitude the entire time and kept stopping to go on her phone and the worst part is, she cut one of my toe nails entirely too short. And not to mention 2 of my gel nails broke just 2 weeks after. For the money we spent.....which was a lot, we should've gained a much better experience. I would never recommend anyone to go here due to the unwelcoming atmosphere and poor quality of nail service....

Staff could have been friendlier walked in and was not greeted however as soon as I walked up to the counter was acknowledged and was assisted by a nail tech that was available a short time later.. social distancing is not practice with enforcement The nail tech and the customer there's a petition barrier but with customers there's no safe distancing they sat another customer right next to me and I was very uncomfortable with that even though they had a mask on and even though I made it known that I was uncomfortable nothing was done...the atmosphere is beautiful and clean if other areas were tweaked it would be great then I would definitely return because the work...
