Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Lilburn

This is the worse ran Chuck E. Cheese’s I have ever stepped foot in. After waking in and standing with other people for 15minutes, with no help at all with seating, and absolutely NO ONE cleaning tables, I started to clean the disgusting table that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Then decided to place an order of wings, pizza, dessert pizza & a salad. 29 immures passed and then I decided to ask where on earth my food was. I asked an employee if I could speak to a manager and the employee rolled her eyes and rudely said, “ugh I’ll get her”. Then as the manager came I told her it had been 30 minutes now and I still hadn’t received my food. She said well our wings take 30 minutes. I said it takes 30 minutes to make 6 wings?” Adriana the manger said, “well you want a refund or the food”? Then after walking off rudely and upset she gets the money and said, “ well, your food is ready. Still want the refund?” Absolute horrible experience at this location and will never be back. I decided to have my daughters birthday this year . We come often and the kids have fun so expectations were high. So we decided to go with the Ultimate package (The "biggest" package)for 8 kids for 2 hours came out to 280 with taxes this did not include the cake and also they ask for adults in the reservation but the package does not include adult cups that was the first surprise. When we got there the presentation was just SAD just a table cloth and plates. Set up was not ready so kind of disappointed at arrival and the host was not even there for the first 10-15 mins so we were waiting on fun cards and table set up. We also shared the space with 3 other parties in the same time frame chosen( not expected). Also the package does include their new additions like the trampolines or the obstacle course/slides which mind you takes up half the space in the location so another additional unexpected cost (should be included in package deal). At the end my party DID NOT GET GOODIE BAGS that were INCLUDED in the package so another disappointment. Overall unhappy and would not recommend to do...

Just left with my baby boy in tears because he could not get inside the ticket booth with the birthday kids because he wasn't apart of a birthday party. My son had to stand there and watch kids participate while he was singled out for not being apart of a birthday party. I asked the young lady to allow my son in and even offered to pay because I didn't want my child hurting about this but she goes and get the GM and embarrasses me like I was going to try and sneak my child in the booth. I'm beyond pissed and feel very much disrespected. No one's child should have to feel like that. 😕 Some kids just come to have fun at Chuck E. Cheese and not to feel singled out because every kid does not have birthday parties they are invited to or can attend. I'm highly upset at how the situation was handled and I feel like crying because I had to remove my child from here and we have unused points on a card that we purchased and didn't get to use.
