I was treated kindly and service was great my first time here. Upon returning however I have been mistreated, twice now, prompting this negative review. I am homeless. I come here daily because of the hours open and the food is of my liking. Another customer talked to me and as I was replying a manager rudely interrupted asking the other guy if I was harassing him and the bellhop chimed in that this is a daily thing.. Lol it is most certainly not. I am a quiet customer and hardly talk to anyone. I eat my food, sit for a little while and then leave. A daily thing that a homeless man is mistreated? Absolutely. I will never return to this restaurant. I will try Denny's from now on. I am homeless because I got hit by a car. I am waiting on a settlement. I intend to buy this restaurant as the business is great and I'm going to personally fire the manager whom was set straight by the other customer that I indeed was not bothering him, and the smart mouthed bellhop whom claims erroneously that this is a daily occurrence. When this restaurant is under new ownership I will advertise it and then I encourage you to return then because you will not ever be mistreated...
Read moreIf i could give 0 stars I would. The food was okay but the service and the staff were absolutely horrible. They lacked all the basic customer service skills you expect to receive from an establishment. My husband and I were the only people in the restaurant and yet it took forever to get the waiteresses attention. They were so busy having full conversations that they never realized we were calling them. Our dranks never got refilled and our utensils were dirty. Then when it was time to pay their system was having technical issues. They swiped my husbands card 4 times and finally tried it on a different register and then it declinesd the card for too much swipes. My husband then drove to an ATM to see if he can just take out the money to then find out his entire account was locked from allt he swipes. When we asked what are we supposed to do now, the manager said its not their fault that the system malfunctioned and we'll have to leave an ID or cellphone and go drive home for another card or find another way to get the money. No remorse, no discount and not even a simple apology. We will never step foot in this IHOP ever again. I would not recommend...
Read moreI ordered a Philly with mushrooms, food came out to the table no mushrooms. Manager, server and sister witness there was no mushrooms on the sandwich, no big deal just don't add it on my check. Now when the manager and the server went to the cook about it you could hear him say "MAN THERE WERE MORE MUSHROOMS THAN ONIONS ON THAT SANDWICH.......etc"(in all caps because he yelled this to the manager,the server and the whole restaurant could hear him) now I expressed to the manager that it was very uncomfortable for me because I felt the cook was aggressive. I wanted to order more food but I didn't because at that point i didnt want him to do anything else for me and to me it was unnecessary.The manger offered me another sandwich but it was not about the sandwich. Its about the cook and his behavior and how he spoke to his superiors in front of customers. the manger did offer to have my food re made but I felt she could of offered to cook it herself. she did give me a discount and I paid for my food but this was just a horrible experience especially when you just got off from a...
