If it’s anything other than installing a playground I’d stay clear away from this company. Their customer service is the worst. Once they have your money, you will have to call them repeatedly to get anything done. I’ve been waiting for my basketball court since August! And it’s now November! They waited a full month to put the order in to Versacourt, even though I paid them in full in August. And now that it’s ready, despite the promise for a quick install once it was ready, now they have me waiting another 9 days to get on the schedule. When I complained about it, the manager Al, lied and said it wasn’t in stock yet and there was a mix up, even though he told me last week it would be ready by end of week. This company is the worst! I wish I would have known the lengths they would go to take people money and not deliver on their promises. A 1 month project has turned to 4 due to their negligence. Just shop directly with the vendor and cut out the lying middle man!...
