Got refuse to come in by entry check lady cause I hold an outside item it’s tool (scale) I try weigh item called kids floor lounger. I already bought 1st one it been use for my kid. it has size show on the box but doesn’t have weigh. No every location carry this item. My wife try to buy 2nd one and ship to her friend. We wanna measure it to see the weight if worth to ship it. Check lady call another lady name Devi up. Devi show up with some attitude already. I try to explain to her this is tool I try weight that item. She wouldn’t listen at all. Very inpatient. She said just buy it and weigh outside then return it. I said I don’t want make so much unnecessary return just for weight. First make you guys busy, second make me ugly so many returns if I keep do thing like that. Costco may think I abuse return policy. Devi Keep saying this is outside item can’t bring in. Follow the rule. I said What Costco rule. At what part section or chapter they said outside item can’t bring in. And how they identify what’s the outside item are on that rule. Show me the rule if Costco said I can’t bring that I will follow rule put back to my car. This is just tool to measure things. By the way I bought scale from Costco. Devi: is it today. Me: not today but while before. She can’t answer what exactly rules are she said let me call someone they decide you can come in or not. I can’t decide it. You not personal make a call why you show up. Later I find out she work at customer service no any kind from management at all. I can’t imagine how she attitude work over there. Then she left. call someone. Later a guy show up called JP. Humble nice guy. Short explain to him why I take scale with me. He said go ahead come in he bought that item too it kind of heavy. The scale really just a tool to weight that obviously. Common sense. If she really wanna say this is outside item. Everything bought outside Costco can be outside item. Phone. Watch Water bottle. Strollers. Clothes.bag. I know they check you bag when exit, even you personally don’t feel that good been checked but it make sense make sure no one stealing things. I don’t understand why she make so hard on this. When I walk out. I saw her work at customer service. I gotta give her feedback. I waiting by side the counter.She know I wanna talk to her. She just keep talking to that man try sign up membership. The way she explain to him way different she talk me I swear god. She got very nice talk all the details with smile on. I was school teacher for years. I also worked as truck driver for 4 years. I seen people and deal with a lot people. I can tell when they nice or not. I knew she saw me there and she just keep talking to him for at least 20 mins. She did that on purpose . Even that guy’s wife walk away go inside shopping . I am off today I got time. Finally got talk to her. Now she listen better. I said just wanna you know I bring this reasonable tool to measure that item. I am not trying to be picky or tough person. 2nd if you treat me like you did with that guy that will make whole a lot better. Devi :we let you in right? . Me: not you. you manger. Read moreHad Costco membership for years. It went from my parents, to being on my husband, to being in my name last few years, but guess what, Sam's down the road is calling my name. It went from employees being not helpful, to people yelling at cash register at customers and just rushing and being plain rude. I see, yes there is a lot of Hispanic and Asian customers, with limitted English, but just because you screem they will not understand you better. For us who do speak the language sure this is not pleased watching and listening. For months now, you can't get any help if your life depends on it. Employees are either walking with their headphones in the ear, or looking at the floor, at the ceiling, anywhere just not at you , so you dont ask for assistance God forbid. If they are pulling out items to add to the floor, or floating around the clothing and folding cloths, you better watch out, you are in their house. They can't wait, if you don't move out of the way consider yourself as road kill. I get it you are working, yes customers should be considered and move out of the way, but if they don't for any reason, it does not mean you run them over for God's sake! Some of them will not even greet you, unless you did not pull out your membership, then they are forced to ask for it and tell you the amount do when they finally get rid of you. Honestly not all, but a lot of cashiers, especially younger ones. Being there all the time, and being a regular there is familiar faces, that practice good manners, and I say practice for a reason.Today first time, I actually walked up and complained to a manager. It was just a lot of things that have added over time and having to wait 40 minutes for a pizza, that has been done 20 minutes ago, after whole pizza orders with higher numbers then yours have been called was the last dropped. I approached the counter and asked if the order has been called and was just dismissed, this frowning lady just went on her way without checking. 15 min later again same thing. I asked her if she is sure because as I said higher number have been called. That ended up with a almost aggressive no while she made sure hot dogs went out.Once I approached the window and asked someone else it turns out I have been looking at it for the last 20 min. I got a quick, routine: " Sorry" from this person that actually looked and was sent on my way. This facility sees over $1200.00 monthly just on groceries from my household, this is not counting gas being filled up weekly for 4 vehicles. I have few months before my membership renewal, and my next communication with Costo will be to make sure automatic renewal is off. If Costo would like to know, which I doubt, but for those who will reading this, Sam's has a $20 membership for new members, that you know who, has just signed up for. Costco will not see a dime from my wallet, ever again. Thanks God...

Last 3 times we were at the store on 3980 venture drive. in Georgia the snack bar has seriously sucked. # weeks ago the food was so cold and dry we threw it away and went shopping. Last Saturday we waited for more then 20 minutes for 3 pizza/2 cokes. They were calling #'s that were 40#'s after ours. Yesterday was actually slow for your normal Monday transaction 427400233363 @ 16:56 (1st) the register (self help) we entered our order 3 pizza/2cokes the register stated WAIT FOR CASHIER.... I 1st asked a woman behind the counter, I leaned over the counter we made eye contact, and she blew me off. I tried to stop a person from behind customer service and he blew by me and acted as though he did not see me. I approached a asst. register person that was just standing around and asked for help. Must have pissed her off (rudeness oozed) She walked over to the register and rudely said "you have to pay for it, it's not free" I stated I had paid. She pushed a button and the question (DO YOU WANT TO ADD CHOCOLATE YES NO) She pushed NO and it gave us our receipt... never been asked if I wanted CHOCOLATE ON MY PIZZA??? We waited for another 15 minutes as they were on order #167 (ours was #132) they had gone thru several pizzas and we were still waiting. I held up my receipt and finally got my 3 pizza/2 cokes... I had bought my last HP computer from Costco & we were there to buy the one on sale ($150 off) for $449.00... It was not attached to the power (only one not working) I waited several minutes as there was no one working the computer stand. They were not with other customers, there was no one there. As I was starting to leave a man walked over next to me and opened a door and removed his vest and put it on. I asked can you help me. He glared at me for a second and walked off, I know he heard me. NONE of these issues were a big deal except that all of a sudden the best service company in the area DECIDED THAT THEY DO NOT NEED CUSTOMERS... I DID NOT GET THE COMPUTER NO ONE WOULD HELP ME... 4 TIMES IN A ROW AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS LEFT COSTCO. THEY ARE EXPANDING we thought it was because they were offering more items, We are not sure why, WE DECIDED THAT THEY DO NOT WANT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS any more. SOON they will have plenty of room, but no customers... THANKS FOR SHOWING THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE ANY LONGER... I contacted the store and spoke to aperson that identified himself as one of the managers, a Mr. Gonzales? He stated that since I did not write down the Costco Employees names that HE DID NOT CARE AND WANTED TO KNOW WHY I WAS BOTHERING HIM??? PROVES MY POINT ** THEY REALLY DO NOT APPRECIATE...
