What kind of coffee shop that doesnāt carry plain black coffee with no sugar? Please explain to meā¦Mind you, we ordered black coffee with no sugar before at the exact same location. Everything was fine until the most recent visit. Our coffee was overly sweet so we asked them to remake it. They refused and said everything is PREMADE. Even coffee is premade. Okay fine! Given it was premade so they couldnāt correct it anyway, we asked them for a refund. They refused to give us the refund. Do you people understand that there are individuals who canāt take sugary drink because of medical conditions? We wasted $8ā¦and no apology. The girl at the counter said their drink was sweetened with fructose btw š you mean high fructose corn syrup (?). If thatās the case, these drinks are not healthy. Stay miles away from this place guys! āā- Thank you for responding. At a drive thru and counter service, you collect the payment before you hand a drink to your customer and when the order doesnāt meet customerās satisfaction you refuse to give the customer the refund? It doesnāt sound right to me. Arenāt you supposed to be responsible to make it right since you asked customers to pay before they get their order? My order was on Wednesday, September 10th around 5 pm so with this information you can check the schedule to see who were working. Anyway, thank you for offering but we wonāt be back. You definitely need to retrain your staff or else they will ruin your business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlways loved this tea shop one of my favorites when I lived in Dallas, so I was ecstatic when one was opening up in Duluth! Went there during the soft opening and already more than enough after they had their grand opening! Little inconvenient to get to the store (when turning left into the store you have to go around) but they have a drive through which is a plus! Store is a bit small so when people come in BIG groups (Ive seen full families of 8+ people come) it gets a little too packed. They just opened so employees are a little inexperienced so just going to have to wait it out for the service. Their drinks are a little inconsistent to what I'm used to (sometimes they'll be perfect, and sometimes they'll be too sweet). Maybe because it's new it needs time to settle down? But when the drink was too sweet, we went when it was super busy so maybe thats why? I've been getting their strawberry sunset drink which is a mix of their strawberry hibiscus and sunset passion teas (not on their official menu but on their "secret menu". A lot of the employees never even heard of it, but like i said they are new and inexperienced so imma try again when things settle down. Ive always loved that drink it so I always get a large size, idk why they changed it but can only order it in the regular size now, which is a bummer. Hopefully things will turn up later...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHeard many good things about this place and had to try it. It's nice that they have a drive thru, haven't seen any boba tea places with a drive thru. I waited after their grand opening to visit and there was still a bit of a wait. Super friendly staff. Cute little spot with books to read in case you're bored waiting in line š I don't know...Not a big selection of drinks. But their drinks are refreshing. I've tried 5 drinks and I think I probably like the Mung Bean Drink so far, though it's a bit powdery when you swallow it. It feels like like swallowing grind up grains. I got the Taro Milk Tea, Strawberry Hibiscus Tea (my least favorite, Hibiscus was too overpowering I couldn't taste any strawberry), Japanese Matcha Tea ( a bit bland for me too), Mung Bean Milk Tea, and Sunset Passion(was ok, maybe not sweet enough, maybe too bland). Will give it another try with the rest...
