Perennialglow Spa — Local services in Lima

🍃DIVINE!🌫 ☕💆🏽 I had one of the best massages I've ever had!! 💜 In town for business, needed a massage to relieve some stress so I was referred to Shelley at Perennial Glow Spa from a family member. Made appointment via phone, all is well. Got a call back to come in earlier, no problem. The day comes for the service and in transit I got news that Shelley would not be able to do the service as a conflict in scheduling arose. I was offered another therapist but the referral was specific so I declined disappointed, but ish happens.... So I went to brunch instead. As I'm enjoying my food I get a call back from the spa and it's an owner, Shelley herself, apologizing for the inconvenience and mistake. She offered A reschedule but again I'm from out of town; she then offers I come in anyway for the previously scheduled service and she and the staff would accommodate me!! I was elated as I would still get what I needed and wanted. I arrived 10 minutes before time in case I needed to do paperwork and I did. This place is BEAUTIFUL on the inside, aromatic, calm, inviting, warm, and sets the mood immediately! Receptionist was very pleasant and walked me through everything sweetly but efficient. Shelley came to greet me, took me back to a luxurious, cozy "interim" area, and offered me tea, biscotti, and positive affirmation card! As I'm enjoying my tea another therapist Sarah greeted me kindly. The atmosphere was so delightful and relaxing I was enchanted! Finally it's time for my service...There is so much natural talent and skill within this goddess of ease and relaxation! Her skills, technique, pressure, and attention to detail were impeccable. I immediately started feeling the strain and tension easing out of my body. My needs were met and spots I didn't even know had stress were taken Care of...I am very happy with this entire experience! This should be a part of anyone's monthly...

Since relocated, but from the area. Daughter who lives out of state purchased a gift certificate for my birthday - so I tried it out. Typically, I would have done a massage but health reasons prevented that. So opted for a mani/pedi.

The entrance is very welcoming, calming and the receptionist was very helpful. Running right on time for my appointment. Very friendly staff and my stylist did a great job on my services! Professional and efficient.

I’ve traveled a lot and doing spa days while on vacation for myself (and my daughter when she’s along) has been my goto thing. Have visited many & had a lot of varied services done across the country. Only downsides I might note that detracted from the spa experience here: lobby furniture was a bit uncomfortable for me (sat too low & to squishy to get up from easily); restroom style did not fit with the spa theme - seemed to have been retrofitted from the office that was there previously; and most importantly, I felt that the room in which they did the manicures and pedicures was MUCH too crowded for the amount of services going on in it. It was great chatting with the young ladies working there, but it definitely felt too close for comfort for a relaxing spa experience. Seemed very confined for the girls working there to get around as well. The lighting seemed a bit dim too for the work being done - had trouble picking out nail color accurately. I would probably come back again to try another spa service but not one that’s not completed in that room. Would recommend though as I think their skills...

My first visit had my "keyboard warrior" fingers ready lol. My appointment was rescheduled by email an hour before my appointment, and I didn't see it, so I showed up at my originally scheduled time. Not only did the girls working come out to ensure I was comfortable, but the owner came out to explain and apologize for the mix-up. I'm glad I held off judgement until after my appointment, and until after my second visit.

I've now had two pedicures with Angela and she is amazing! My feet feel better than they ever have. I've chased the perfect pedicure all over Lima, feeling like I'm wasting my money each time. Angela, and Perennial? They're my unicorn. I don't feel pressured to use the Gel polish, but she took the time to educate me on my options and on how to better care for my feet.

Walking into the spa feels like coming home. Cliche? Maybe. But it's true. These ladies have created such a welcoming atmosphere and I look forward to my appointments here. This place is...
