This was my first escape room, and was a great time. The room was decently immersive in that the design and items were period correct (the experience was meant to take place in WW2 era France). If you are looking for night out that is a little different from a dinner and movie, or to see how your group of friends responds under pressure, i highly recommend it. Read moreWent here for the first time today and I won’t be going back. It was a good escape room. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. As for the customer service there, IT SUCKED. The female who was at the desk was rude. She didn’t greet us. She barely explained the instructions about the room. Didn’t ask if we had any questions. Appeared to be in a rush to get us in and done with us. When we asked for hints, she seem annoyed. I think out of all the rooms I've done the World War II one that I did at Mind Warp was one of my least favorite. I did appreciate the historical accuracy and the fact that historical artifacts were used, though. However my three stars does not mean I won't come back.
