Tom is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I've ever spoken to on the topic and was extremely helpful the entire way through. I purchased my own parts beforehand and brought them to Tom who helped me determine that I bought some incompatible and faulty parts. He did some research and helped me choose new parts. Read moreI had a catastrophic HDD failure of my mini computer after a great 10 year run with Windows 7. I figured all would be just fine since I had a weekly backup on an external HDD, so I purchased a brand new mini computer with Windows 11 and what a mistake! I purchased a second mini with Windows 10 only to find an operating system as crappy as 11! A quick Google search and I find Tom of PCI, who, after hearing what I wanted (which was to have my old Windows 7 back) successfully restored everything AS IT WAS! Tom also supplied a new SSD 1TB hard drive. Conclusion: I believe Tom can repair whatever is failing you when it pertains to a computer, whether it's updating, or down grading, just tell him.
