We went here because of an advertised sale on mattresses but when we got there that price point wasn’t actually available and we were “upsold” on a much more expensive set. We were told there was a 10 year warranty on our king size mattress. Within a year it had deep divots where we sleep and started to hurt our backs. (We are average/small sized people). We tried to submit a warranty claim after suffering for about another 6 months. They just asked for photos and did not come out to view the mattress in person. They denied it due to a “stain” they claimed to have seen in a photo and stated the terms of the warranty state it has to be kept covered at all times and free from stains. Refused to discuss further or come look at the bed in person. They insisted that the warranty is void and out of their hands now but said would make us a good deal on the purchase of a new one. The mattress has been covered at all times except when washing the sheets and mattress cover. It is in pristine condition and the “stain” in question was a small crumb (literally the size of a sesame seed) from my dog chewing a treat on the mattress while I was changing the sheets. It scraped off with my fingernail. I want to also mention that we were provided NO paperwork showing these supposed terms of said warranty even though I asked for documentation at the time of purchase. I was told “you’re good as long as that tag is attached” We definitely feel misled and scammed out of a few thousand dollars for something that hurts our backs every night and will need to be replaced soon.
