I have come here so many times over the last 10 years since my childhood home is a couple minutes away. Even when I moved to St. Joe as an adult, I still made my way out here because it was the only laundromat I felt comfortable in. My trips here have gotten increasingly expensive & frustrating and it’s a bummer. How can anyone with a job get laundry done when you randomly close at 5pm or when the majority of the machines are utilized by the staff or broken?l If you have a few loads of laundry to do, expect to spend close to $70+ to wash and dry - all while listening to the staff members loudly gossip about everyone & their mother who live in a 10 mile radius of Stevensville..that is, when you come in to switch your loads or fold as there is only about 5 wildly uncomfortable chairs. This place is AWESOME!!!!! I have multiple blankets for each of my horses and I took them here. I have always hand washed/scrubbed, then machine washed, then hung out to dry my blankets. Takes quite a while and is a huge pain. So much of a pain that I didn't do at all this spring! So last week I took 3 blankets there. WOW!!!!!!! they only charged $20 a blanket, they used my own blanket safe detergent and then hung them to dry in the sun. I ended up taking the rest after that. Customer service was great, I got them back really fast and once I opened them up at home they were SO DANG CLEAN. I will never ever wash blankets at home again. Love this place, 2 thumbs up,...

I have washed many things here over decades! Today their customer service was deplorable. They lost half of my horse blanket in April/May and once we needed it (with the recent sub zero temps) said it’s been eight months and there is nothing they could do. I had called and left a message two days ago and the woman who answered today was rude and her attitude was yucky. Not only did they not do anything, but they also did not CALL me as asked.
