If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I got a rapid spray tan on 4/29. I followed their instructions the day before, the day of, and the following day. For starters, the room where they spray is extremely dark, making it very hard for the technician to see where she sprayed or didn't. Today, 5/1, my tan is horrible looking. One foot is way darker than the other. The back of my legs and inner legs never got sprayer. The inside of my arms have circular blotches from where she hit the trigger button several times and didn't even blend it in. The way she sprayed my feet and hands from an angle, one side of each digit is orange, and the other side is not even sprayed. I have white lines that didn't get sprayed around my knee caps. It's from my wrinkles/lines while standing straight. She didn't advise me or anything to bend them. Also, my right ear is very orange. I've never had a spray tan before, and I wanted one for my sons Air Force graduation in TX. Now I can't even wear the cute dress I bought. I called today and asked for a refund or partial, and I told them I'll come in so they could see it. I was told that all sales are final and I could come back for them to respray me. Nope, absolutely NOT doing that. I had to buy spray tan removeing gel, and it didn't remove anything.
