I was sold one expensive dab rig. I spent 140 on it 8months ago. Was told if the battery went out they replace it in store for 6 months. Then I began spending 20$ every other week, sometimes every week for each coil I bought there. This adds up quick. So I got another rig, one that cost 40$and I buy 5coils for 20$. I went in there today to buy a coil and the guy says sorry dude we don't have those in stock. I said O when will you get those in? .... He replied saying that they actually don't stock those anymore but he could assist me in buying a new rig... I should have stuck around to see what he offered to sell me. I bet it was another scam. Up until now I've assumed it was my fault for not Doing better research before I made a purchase. Ok. Well why would anybody go to a store who automatically Recommends the most expensive piece of ship that doesn't even work for a reasonable amount of time? The only real nice part of the whole experience was the weekend manager. He felt bad for my plight and offered me discounts on coils because he saw me spending too much too often. The employees get a discount, but yet most shop at birds eye, and...

Every single product they have is overpriced. I even was dumb enough to buy their "black card" and still everything is more expensive than any other vape store in the area. I would suggest to go to Wild Bills in Benton Harbor or literally anywhere else unless you want to get ripped off. I would imagine the people that are giving this place positive reviews are inexperienced vapers, or aren't aware of how much they are actually getting ripped off. Seriously take my advice and go elsewhere or even order off the internet. I've been vaping for 6 years, trust me when I say... GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

The only positive thing I will say is that the people who work there are really cool and they are pretty helpful. But they basically railroaded me into buying the black card, and I'm just taking a wild guess and assuming they get a commission for every person that buys the black card. DO NOT BUY...

The staff is incredible. They know their products and have never steered me wrong. I was new to the whole vape thing and what I learned from those employees has saved me money, time and just plain looking like a fool. They truly deserve 5 stars, but I'm a jew..and I would have liked to see the yearly membership i paid for give me 20% off the coils too..considering it's one of the things that has to be replaced most often...in my opinion. And the other issue is...any dissatisfaction you have with a product will not be refunded by vape n smoke...and good luck getting the manufacturer to...
