If I could give zero stars I would. Completely disgusted with this business. Placed an order and was told it could take up to eight weeks to complete after four months of not hearing anything and numerous attempts to call ( no answer and no return calls to messages I left) I stopped in to check status of my order and was told store manager stepped out and would call me in 15 minutes when she returned. Waited two hours and no phone call. Stopped back in and the manager told me they hadn’t even started my child’s jacket and that it could be another 8 weeks. I politely said that would no longer work for me and asked for a refund. All patches were returned to us and was told a refund check would be mailed and to allow 10 days to receive it. Here we are six months later and no check. Thankfully I put the jacket on my credit card and was able to dispute the charge with the credit card company. It’s very sad that they feel they can keep peoples money and not render any services....

Have been working with them for over 15 years. Great service and attention to detail to your job and print. One thing we like about them is for the large jobs we can see a physical sample. Turn around time is great and they also offer a lot of other services...
