Online Ordering and India Call Centers are very Disappointing!! Loss of Customer.
The food was ok, but to order you have to either order online or call. I tried ordering online after making me setup an account giving them my email address, password, etc., only then to find out they their online ordering system would not take the WACKY promo code (it was Wacky Wednesday).
So I had to call in my order. HOWEVER, Papa Johns now uses an India Call Center to take orders. I got a girl with such a strong accent I could hardly understand her. I had to have her repeat everything 3 times or more. On top of that, she screwed up my order which lead to a very awkward confrontation with the store manager later on.
First, I ordered the "Any Size Pizza for $9.99". I wanted an Extra Large and they gave me a hard time saying the special does not include the Extra Large even though the sign out front and the coupon clearly says "ANY SIZE"!!!.
Next, I ordered 15 chicken wings for $10.99. I had the girl read back my order and she game me a price of $22. But when I went to pick up my order in Stevensville, MI, they told me my total was $31. I said that wasn't right. I told them I order 15 chicken wings and they constantly corrected me saying it was "16" chicken wings for $19.98. We went round and round without resolution. I had no choice but to pay because I had family at home waiting to eat. I was not happy.
When I got home, I saw what happened. I ordered boneless wings but they made me and charged me for bone-in wings. Again, how did the Call Center screw that up. PLUS, the store manager should have known the store menu well enough to figure out the problem while I was there. But she was completely unable or unwilling to even try. At no point did I ever see a receipt that lists the items I ordered; only the total.
Sorry, but I will never get food from Papa Johns again unless they change their ways. If I was a franchise owner, I would be very very concerned with Papa John's Call Centers and online ordering service. I hope they do not put you out of business.

Read moreI’ve never had a problem with this Papa Johns until tonight and the issue is not necessarily the food but the poor management. I placed a delivery order and the driver was awesome however he forgot my 2 liter drink. With it being almost closing time, I decided to call and see I could just be refunded for it or if the driver could bring it back at all. I called and let the manager named Tom know that I didn’t get my drink. Before I could say anything else he was instantly was super rude saying “Yeah it’s gonna be a while before he comes back there and I gotta go” and hung up on me. I was in disbelief to see such poor customer service!! Ended up going in to pick up my drink instead of waiting since I wasn’t given an approximate time frame on how long it would be and asked the guy inside if it was him that was just rude to me on the phone. He says “Yeah I don’t have time to talk, I’ve got 15 pizzas to make”. -0/10 don’t recommend, I won’t be back to...
Read moreThis happened when I visited papa johns for the last time in 2024. The staff is fantastic! Very nice and friendly! It’s the old guy with long hair thats a problem. He is very rude and extremely creepy towards the other members of staff (containing mostly woman besides him. YOUNG woman at that). I experienced a one sided heated argument with him and an employee that ive seen many times before. She is a very sweet young lady. I watched him follow her around the store, inserting himself in her way to the point she looked extremely uncomfortable and she was trying to get away from him. He yelled at her a few times and she yelled back once. Then he sent her home. I was very disturbed and disgusted with the behavior of that man. You can’t just go around making your young impressionable workers uncomfortable and unsafe. Very terrifying and eye...
