DragonVine Games — Local services in Lincoln City

One of the cool parts of this store is how much fun and interesting food and snacks they offer from across the world. My GF is a huge mochi fan and bought as much as she could carry. I love trying new chips from different countries and purchases as many as I could carry as well. We were beyond excited to stumble across this gold mine.

Then we got home, 2 hours away in Portland. And that's when we noticed it was all expired. The mochi was chewy and dry. The chips were stale. I understand when you're dealing with food from around the world, it's not always going to be fresh. But some of this expired a year ago.

Maybe if there was a sign informing people of the trouble sourcing these items in a timely manner and giving the customer the information to make their own decisions. Or even selling for novelty use only. But no, it's all just displayed normally as if nothing is wrong with it.

I wasn’t sure why there were two DragonVine Games in the outlet but I definitely wasn’t disappointed. This one is smaller but definitely different from the other. Still a nice D&D and board game selection but a little more emphasis on, I honestly don’t know how to describe it, eastern stuff? There was a large selection of what appeared to be Japanese drinks and such. Had me rather intrigued but I didn’t have a clue as to what I should try. Never the less I enjoyed me jaunt through and bought a couple more D&D figures. I’ll be back when I’m in town next.

I saw the other review and have to say the staff was very polite. I went after the mask mandate was lifted so I didn’t wear one but the staff still had them on and were very polite to me. No issues or...

We are avid board game collectors/players. We found games here that we haven't seen in other game shops. For being small storefront, it has an incredible selection and it was very well organized. On top of that, it has a cute selection of stuffies and all the snacks you need for a good game night. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely proud of their space. Great store! I wish we lived closer so we could go more often. There are definitely more games we added to our list because of their selection. We bought Familiar Tales. Great campaign game that will take time to play but it allows to stop and pick it back up where...
