Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Lincoln City

First, the place is extremely disorganized. I realize it's an outlet center and expect less organization than a standard store, but even compared to the other outlet stores around it, this places is just chaos.

Second, when did prices at Old Navy get so crazy? We went in looking to buy 5 jackets or sweatshirts because the whole family was unprepared for the weather. The absolute cheapest adult jacket that wasn't a uselessly thin hoodie was $35, with most being in the $40-60 range. We went across the way to Columbia Sportswear and we're able to pick up jackets of a comparable weight to the $45 Old Navy jackets, made with better material and with a life time warranty for $35 a piece. And only spent $15 a piece on jackets for the kids, instead of the $25 Old Navy wanted.

To sum it up, the place is disorganized and wants more money for their products than better brands in the same outlet. Go to Nike, Columbia, or one of the many better brands here and spend the same amount of money on...

I shop almost exclusively at Old Navy for my clothes, so I was really disappointed with the experience at the Lincoln City location. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. I asked about price matching and was told they “don’t do that,” that it’s against their store policy, and that I would have to look up every single item myself and show them the price. That’s frustrating because the Old Navy I go to in Idaho always checks prices for me without any issue. There’s no consistency between stores, and it feels like they don’t value their customers here. Why make it difficult for people who are loyal shoppers? I won’t be returning to...

The Old Navy store is better than the ship wrecked one down the street. There is a little rust, but nothing like the dampness in that wrecked one. So if you go here, you have chosen well.

I am not sure what country this is the navy of - probably Fredonia. But no one has the big hats, so I could be wrong about this. But beware of the hucksters in the street, just in case.

This store has clothes. They are bright and colorful and have their logo or an American flag all over them. So if you enjoy being a walking billboard for corporate America, this is obviously you place.

Otherwise, maybe go to the wrecked one...
