Absolutely horrid experience walking in here today. Me and my wife had masks on. Our 4 yr old and our 18 yr old did not. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude when we walked in. We both have severe asthma and wear glasses. The masks over our nose cause a plethora of issues. She was more worried about telling my 4yr old to put on a mask than the money we were willing to spend in here. I said hes not putting on a mask and then she said well you guys need to wear yours right in a real snooty attitude. It's amazing your staff is so worried about how a mask is worn, but not worried about providing hand sanitizer ANYWHERE. While in there we noticed how uninviting the store looked. It's a rainy overcast day and they had no lights on in the store. We were not greeted when we came in the store. Just instantly what we felt like was ATTACKED when we walked in. We immediately told her that she was ridiculous and that we would rather just leave than spend any money there. My son was looking forward to this store all week and she not only ruined the shopping experience for this store, but all others we went in. She was so rude and uninviting, we were so irritated at how we were treated we couldn't possibly enjoy the day. Judging by the amounts of negative reviews, this store ABSOLUTELY does NOT care about customer service. Not only that but the store was disgusting, dirt and dust everywhere, as well as garbage laying underneath displays. What a garbage store that does nothing but tarnish the beauty that is lincoln city. Oh btw, this was the only store that tried to force the masks on our children. We went in at least 50% of the other stores, I cluding children's clothing stores and not a word was said. Just a bunch of old fogies on a power trip that shouldnt be working in customer service with parents...
Read moreMy daughter and I went in to get a toy for my granddaughter’s birthday.. when we walked in I saw 2 ladies one ringing up a the only other customer and the other lady just starring at me with a look as if I stole something or was not supposed to be in the store .. we started looking around and eventually found a nice gift I also noticed that we were the only customers in the store then as we were walking to the counter to pay this lady looked directly at me and yelled at me to pull my mask up more and I was like wth my mask is on and been on through out this whole outlet never once have I took it off it had to adjust it .. so then I was like well any higher It’ll cover my eyes and then I won’t be able to see or breathe then she’s like well pull it up more because ur giving covid to all the other customers in the store so u should have respect ... so confused cuz we were the only customers in the store. It’s like she had a personal problem with me the other worker rang my daughter up while this rude lady continued yell and harass me .. covid has been around long enough for everyone to know how to use a mask let along prevent themselves or anyone from getting harmed and I was truly doing something wrong she should of refused to serve my daughter and I but apparently I wasn’t doing anything wrong .. this lady should get fried from her job because she will eventually have that store shut with her bad customer service and harassing people..

Read moreWorst experience I've ever had watching multiple customers be harassed by employees of a business. One employees only job for the 30 minutes we were in this store was to watch surveillance cameras (which she would frequently zoom in on) and then would harass customers about the way they were wearing their mask. Mind you, I saw the way the masks were on the customers and they were wearing them correctly (completely covering mouth and nose). The three employees appeared to pick customers to harass and then would hang around the customers and harass them until they left, causing a scene multiple times and became very argumentative with customers.
In one instance, after customers left that the employees were arguing with, the employees were laughing about the interaction and said if the customers called to complain they would simply hang up on the customers.
I chose to take my wife and four kids from their store after putting away the things that we were going to buy.
