DO NOT BUY COUCHES FROM HERE!!!!
I was happy with the customer service when buying and they were polite when I called to complain butâŠ.. we paid 1k for these which is cheap for new furniture so we bought the warranty as well that covers âeverythingâ well it covers everything but the bubbling that started about a year and a half after we bought these. When I called to complain they said they donât cover that and there is nothing they can do. I called a few times and even talked to a higher up person they were all polite but we are stuck with a love seat and couch that in under 2 years are completely ruined. I cleaned and conditioned them with the products they sold us exactly as I was suppose to as well. I have given up trying to get the problem resolved as they refuse to do anything other than offer 10% off on a new set which I would never want as I stated these ones didnât even make it a year and a half before the bubbling started. I wonât ever go back there and I would discourage anyone from buying their warranty or at least make sure what is actually covers. We easily spent over $1,300 on these horrible pieces of furniture and are now stuck with couches that look like that. Terrible product and the company wonât honor their warranty because their furniture is garbage!
Update 2/20: So after just over 3 years we are now having to throw away our 1k plus dollar couches that had 7 Days warranty that covers âeverythingâ we have a couch we bought on Craigslist for $100 that has held up way better over 7 years that is a no name couch. My recommendation is to save your money and go buy something used that will actually hold up or just send me the money for the furniture because you will be throwing it away anyways!
Response to them with the warranty and everything it was over 1k. Also you guys never said anything about the warranty company being separate you actually just responded to my review after 3 years or more. We paid extra for you maintenance products that we used as directed. Lastly your sales person assured us over and over that the warranty Protected the couches for everyday use and anything kids or dogs could do to hurt the couches which is why we bought them.
I would put more belief and understanding into your response if it hadnât taken 3 plus...
   Read more*EDIT (5/23/2020) Purchased a chest type dresser from the new 7 day store off of 27th and Fletcher on 5/19 and was informed it would need to ship for 1 to 2 days before being in stock at their store. I said no problem, i totally get it. No word back the first day or the second day so I call on the second, 5/21. I'm told its still in transit and it usually takes 2 to 3 days for shipment, which isn't what I was told originally. I'm not really mad or anything like I get it how delays work and I'm a manager where I work as well so I just say okay. I call again on 5/22 and they tell me the exact same thing they told me, just that it's still in transit from omaha, they inform me when the truck unloads they will call me back and let me know if my item was on the shipment or not. The day ends without hearing anything. I call again on 5/23 (day of this review) and tell me that they spoke with their warehouse manager in Omaha and they'll make sure it's on the shipment today. I'm supposed to call back at 5pm (they won't call me, I need to call them) and ask if it's in yet. All in all this is extremely aggravating when I keep getting told different things and when I just paid in FULL for a piece of furniture ahead of time. I will update this review after my visit today with conclusion of this update.
*EDIT (8/27/2019) I recieved a bed that was delivered. The boxspring platform had substantial damage (see picture) to the bottom covering on both long sides (not ends) of the platform right out of the package. Seeing that I already got rid of my bed in anticipation of receiving a new one, I didn't want to go longer without a bed. Make sure to check your products before you unwrap them. I understand this isn't the stores fault but I just spent 800 dollars and you'd think I wouldn't have gaping holes in the covers, given my previous really nice experiences I'll still leave it at 3 stars.
Bought a few different articles of furniture here and the staff is always super helpful and super informative. They do offer shipping to your doorstep for relatively cheap if you don't have a truck. If you receive incorrect parts, they'll send you the correct items needed. I know this from experience. All in all, great place to buy...

My experience is as follows: When I purchased I was asked when I needed the items. My request was for the following day, she said we can have them in complete in 2 days. I said I would make it work but we only have a truck until 5pm. On the second day I was called in the morning by the man putting the furniture together. He was mistaken that it was an onsite build. After get that sorted out he told me he was building the items that morning. No MENTION of a call when it's completed. No expectation different than the plan we made when I purchased 2 days ago. Poor communication is not a customer problem. When I drove to return the unusable items, still in boxes and a broken lamp that was not shared as broken and not seen at the time of purchase. I was told the back of the receipt describes that I need to pay a restocking fee. This was not shared ahead of time Or at the time of them not being completed in the needed timeframe. I paid $150 for 1 of 3 items to be built. I paid for a broken item and now you require I pay $80 for you to take back an item you didn't complete after I drove across town to deliver it to you in a box. The exact verbal exchange with the manager Danny, "I am leaving with my broken lamp, items that are in boxes we could not use on time and I will never shop here again due to the poor communication and service." He said, "yes, I am sorry." I said, "if you were sorry, you'd offer good service and make it fair." He responded, "I am sorry." That is what you are calling "EXCELLENT service." Not in my world 7 Day furniture. You are not offering anything remotely close.
Terrible!! Locally owned. Really wanted to support and use this Lincoln furniture store. Iâve never experienced such terrible service. If youâre buying they are helpful. When you have an issue, they could care less about customer service or satisfaction. No responsibility for broken or miscommunication. I feel sorry for the people that work there.
