I had a wonderful experience! Kallo, a guy worker was extremely friendly and went out of his way to ring me up, while another worker went out of their way to get the ice cream cakes from the back for me. These workers honestly don’t get paid enough for how hard they work to keep the restaurant spot less and clean. When I came in there was a customer who had verbally harassed a worker, and I get really irritated when I see customers come in to harass the workers of this restaurant because the staff here does nothing but work endless hours serving with such an uplifting and kind attitude, the atmosphere is always so welcoming, and they always jump to help you immediately without even batting an eye. They come to your table to check up on you and they always act professional and kind hearted. Kallo was so helpful, he rang me up and when I suggested to include him in the reveiw he was hesitat, as his work is humble, respectful, and honest for the good of the costumer rather than for a review. Kallo is an upstanding worker and you are honored as a restaurant to have him working there! This staff is the dream team there and they deserve recognition for all their hard efforts!
These workers put up with abuse from customers who come in to ignorantly take out their anger with these workers. I admire how the workers here just stay so calm, collected, and respectful to the costumers who harass them. They’re living proof that angels walk among us, they’re doing the Lords work by spreading the positivity, cheering costumers on, and just going out of their way to give extremely good service to their costume. Especially for being a fast food restaurant and they don’t get paid enough for it… yet they give the best out each time! My wife ordered a sandwich, a "fudge stuffed cookie", with Iced Tea. I got a burger and a footlong hotdog.
First and foremost, the Iced tea was rancid! I have no idea how, but it was sickening. Open the lid and it smelled quite clearly of sulfur. What the hell dairy queen!? My wife is sick because of your Iced tea! When I called, the manager "Heidi" couldn't even pretend to care. No way to run a business.
Then there's "Peyten". Just like her leader, couldn't even feign interest while taking our order, which was presented to us wrong. I asked for water, had to ask three times. Also, that "fudge stuffed cookie", turns out it was a brownie. Clearly not what we ordered, but not surprising considering the lack of enthusiasm with which the order was taken. (We didn't know it was a brownie until we got it home, it was 9:15'ish and dark) Then this brownie is presented with no lid, nor any offer of a lid. When we asked for a lid, the lady at the window buried the spoon in the ice cream. Buried! Buried in the ice cream! What kind of service is this??
If my wife ends up hospitalized because of that nasty tea, I will follow every available legal avenue.

Read moreTerrible experience the last two times we’ve been there. This place used to be decent but as of the last month or so, it’s been awful. Staff has no common sense or intelligence, they argue with customers and won’t fix incorrect orders, and they’re apparently too lazy to do any cleaning because all the tables were dirty. An employee brought us our food and told me they were out of gravy for my chicken strip basket. Rather than asking what sauce I wanted instead, he just brought me a cup of ranch. I asked what sauce it was that he gave me and he said “I don’t know.” Second time we were there, we went through the drive-through and they completely screwed up the order and needed to be walked through every item they messed up up and still couldn’t get it right. We ordered two blizzards with our meals and the employee even read our order back to us correctly. When we went to the pick-up window, the first blizzard wasn’t correct and they argued with us saying we didn’t order a second one.
