Called in to inquire about a new tshirt Order on 6/7 and was told by a lady who answered my call, to email her my logo and she would have quote to me by end of day. Nothing. Emailed the next day to be sure they obtained my email (as I was surprised to wake up and still see no response), they confirmed and said they were working on it “today”. On 6/12 I hadn’t heard a word, needed shirts by 6/16 which they said yes too prior and it was clear my business was not priority. I decided to write a review “here” on 6/12. That prompted the owner to finally email me a quote and he made sure to put in his quote, “thanks for 1 star review!”

The logo was already made and needed to be photoshopped onto a new shirt and sent to me w a quote.

Nonetheless, the owner lacks communication, doesn’t follow through with dates, and doesn’t like 1 star reviews (quite unprofessional instead of understanding what good service is) even though he provided 1 star service.

The process to find the perfect design and shirt was so simple due to Hot Frog Design. Great quality and the short turn around to get the shirts completed is unbelievable. Hot Frog Designs came through for me in a pinch, i needed a bunch of custom shirts made up for my business and family in a hurry, not only was my order complete in 2 days, they stayed late to complete my order and kept me up to date on progress as the order was being fulfilled. if that's not great customer service I am not sure what is.
