Hi. My husband and I went today for the first time. I told the lady at the register that we have never been here before. I asked her if there were any meals you could get and she showed me the lunch specials which are 2 on the menu. She rang up 1 of the meal deals with a chicken salad sandwhich which I never said. I asked her for a chicken buffalo sandwhich meal. She then said would you like a soup? with me not thinking it would be extra then I paid. When I saw the receipt it was supposed to be $10.00 She charged me $20.00. I then said this should not be this much and she said sorry you used a card and the guy who does refunds isn't here. I asked her to fix it by putting a sandwich on there I would actually eat. My husband didn't order anything. She said you ordered the soup on there which costs 3 something and you got a full sandwhich. I thought the soup would come with the meal. Then she rang in the stuff that would substitute the meal sandwhich deal that needed fixed. She then started to charge me for a 3rd meal. I said no cant you just put a sandwhich that I want other than the chicken salad sandwich? She charged me double then tried to charge me triple! Thats insane!
