Horrible experience!! A pharmacy should show the tiniest interest in making sure they actually did or didn’t fill prescribed medication. A pharmacy should also check the names on the medications they hand out, as we have received wrong medication in the past from them. Instead, I was dismissed by a snippy technician who acted as though a mistake could never be on Hyvee’s end. I have put up with long wait times, errors, and out of stock medications in the past gracefully. When asked why they didn’t reach out when there was an issue, I was told “If we had to call people when we couldn’t fill their prescriptions filled we wouldn’t get anything done.”
