Just visited the drive thru and had a bad experience. First of all, apparently they “don’t serve sandwiches at the drive thru.” Even though they clearly have breakfast sandwiches visible on their drive thru menu. So I thought, okay, I’ll just get a muffin instead. Turns out they don’t have any of the muffins listed online and only had Bran and Banana Nut. So again, I thought bummer, I guess I’ll just get a scone. I asked for the flavor White Cranberry and he told me, “I guess it’s just not your day, we just sold our last one.” Not a great thing to say to a customer. Read moreWe were at nuVibe and the employee had a poor response to something I had asked her. Because of her response, I left nuVibe a 1 star review. The owners contacted me and said they would look into the situation. After they did, they contacted me again to tell me what they had found out.
The owners went above and beyond to make an effort to take care of the situation. They were friendly, attentive, caring, and really tried hard to help me feel much better about their store. They took my attitude from 1 star to 5 because of how caring they were about everything. It really meant a lot to me. Good job, nuVibe - you've won back my business...

She put the fruit in with the wrong juice, instead of starting over she dumped just the juice out. She finished making the drink then handed me the finished drink and said it was with strawberry yogurt. I questioned her and asked if she meant sherbet?
