Hy-Vee Pharmacy — Local services in Lincoln

I had a bad experience with the Hy-Vee pharmacy yesterday Saturday May 31st! any way My doctor had filled a prescription I take on a day to day basis! I do take other medicines also! Anyway I went to pick up my prescription but was told I could not get the prescription because of my health insurance! This one medicine I have been having alot of trouble getting it filled most the time! But It partially has to do with my health insurance but also the amount I take on a day to day basis! But I was told 1 or 2 days before when I called the pharmacy that I was able to pick up my medicine that it was going to be ready for me to pick up! But once I got to the pharmacy I went through the drive thru Saturday May 31st and was told I could not get my medicine until June 16th which I thought was wrong so wrong! I did tell the pharmacist that I was taking a whole pill and not half of this medicine and I had had an appointment with my doctor last week and I forgot to tell you or ask her about the lorazepam to refill it for me,! I was upset very upset that I did not get my medicine Saturday May 31st! First it was an employee that I talked to then a pharmacist over the intercom!! She upset me she really did and I don't know if she was telling me the truth or not it did not seem like she was telling me the truth! I feel like she was making things up and not telling me the truth period! I have been under a lot of stress lately! And I would like to know if she had been under a lot of stress too! I felt like she was picking on me and I did not like that! If she was stressed out she should of not thrown her crap on me if that's what it was! I have always been an easy target for anyone and every one to pick in me and I have always hated it! The pharmacist should of not done that if that's what she was doing to me! Most of my adult life I have always felt like a doormat for anyone and every one to pick on me or upset me! Andersen I have never liked that at all period! I am so tired of it because I have had it enough is enough period! I feel like the pharmacist should apologize to me! Leslie Andersen! I might go somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled if I am going to have to deal with all this crap! Andersen I should not have to put up with somebody being mean to me for no reason...

Never a problem at this pharmacy. Even when drive thru was closed due to employee shortage (which they quickly filled w/very knowledgeable person)they came to my car to take care of me. Always make sure I understand all instructions on the meds and make sure no others questions. Very quick service even during busy times, they don't get flustered and try to rush you thru. This pharmacy is the best. They somehow know my name, and make me feel very welcome when I arrive. Extremely pleasant and willing to help in anyway possible. Very hard workers and I enjoy visiting every time. Thank you for making this experience a joyful one, and many more... Thank you all...
