I stooped in for the first time today to Purchase bowling shoes and see about puchasing a second ball. I have to say i am impressed by the cutomer service i recieved and will continue to go to Lets talk bowling for all of my bowling needs from now on. Rob has excellent customer service skills, he is very knowledgeable about bowling and happy to answer any questions you may have. He was very patient and helpful. I would recommend stoping in and checking this place out for all your bowling...

This was by far the best shopping experience I've ever had (for anything). I just joined a league and was getting back into the game for the first time in two years and stopped into LTB to get some equipment.

Jason clearly explained the differences between the balls, recommended several models and took all the time necessary to measure my hand for the perfect fit. He drilled and finished the ball while I waited and I couldn't be happier.

Best pro-shop in...

Took a ball into them to get it resurfaced and drilled to fit me. They said they would have it done in a week. Three weeks went by never got a call, nothing. Went in to pick it up. Assumed they had plenty of time to work on it. Didn't have my ball drilled. Just needed to ask me one question that could have easily been answered on the phone. Then made me wait after two other people before they finally drilled my ball. Will not ever be coming back...
