i love this jewelry store. they had always been very good to my mom so when my ring needed a prong fixed she told me to go here. they fixed my ring free of charge. i have had them replace my watch battery, it was only $8 to do so. and last, my husband bought me a new wedding set somewhere else for Christmas. it needed to be sized so i went here. it was a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. instead of just stretching the band they added white gold to keep the band sturdy and not weak, which is why i needed a new wedding set after I went the cheap route with my last set and went somewhere they just stretched the band and it broke. at lincoln jewelers they did it right and its the same thickness as when i bought it. i also had them solder it together. im very happy with the results and didnt mind paying more for the quality of work. i absolutely love it. i will never go anywhere else. i have yet to take my other set in but i spoke to them about it and they told me they will be happy to fix it when i do bring it in. i will be doing that very soon as i just dont trust my jewelry with anyone else any more. and they are super nice which is...

I came in to have my wedding ring cut off, which was a very emotional experience for me. Bruni said she thought she could get it off without cutting it. She spent at least 15 to 20 minutes talking to me and slowly manipulating my ring. She was finally able to get it off without cutting it. I cried with relief and came away with a big hug from her. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go any where else to buy jewelry or have it fixed, even though it is a little further for me since I moved from Lincoln. I still cry when I tell the story of how sensitive she was to my predicament. ...

The owner was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He made sure everything was done perfectly, and my ring fits like a dream now.
