I have had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store in Lincoln, California. Last Monday I met Max, the only salesman in the front of the store. He heard me and . He told me how much it would cost I was fed up with it AT&T. I wanted a new phone service now. Well, I went back yesterday and I now signed up for a new phone service but I also have a new cell phone which I wasn’t looking for but those adorable salesmen and lovely sales women helped change my mind. My new cell phone with a pinkish cover is lovely. My husband was so impressed with the young salespeople. That made me so happy because I didn’t have to sell Bob the idea. Right now I am so happy I do not have to do anymore searching. In a short time, goodbye AT&T and hello Verizon. Max, Carlos, Cameron, Shambozi (the handsome big boss, not his real name) but a real kick. There were two other young attractive ladies who also helped me choose the color of my new cell cover. It was the most fun, informative, and successful purchase k think I have ever had in a long time. I needed it. That Verizon store is in a perfect location, McDonalds is right next store. We had a resonable breakfast first and then I decided I would just see what Verizon had to offer me since I was fed up with my AT&T. Goodbye old phone service.HELLO VERIZON. Thanks, Max. You are a cutie along with your other...
Read moreI had the worst experience with this location in Lincoln. I went to upgrade my phone yesterday and Ryan, the store manager charged me $79.99 setup fee. When I asked him what was the charge for, he told me this fee applies EVERY time we upgrade a phone. He said this is something Verizon started charging last year. and it doesn’t matter wether I upgrade through a corporate location or have the device shipped directly to my home. I knew something didn’t sound right so I called Verizon to verify they told me that what Ryan said is NOT TRUE! Verizon NEVER charges for setup fee and this fee is strictly coming from the store. I went to the store, met with Ryan later that day to request a refund of the charge, he refused and still insisted it is a Verizon charge. I called next morning and I spoke with Trevor and I told him the situation and that I already reported their location to the district office as well as corporate location due to the dishonety and lies that they trick their customers with. I told him I already called my credit card company and I am in the process of disputing the charge and get my money back. His answer to me was “ if you want to do that go ahead”. Not even willing to admit their fault and misleading information they give their customers. Terrible customer service, lying manager and useless assistant manager....
