Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lincoln

I don’t know what’s happened to this place recently, I haven’t left reviews before but here we go. My order was a #10 with curly fries , add cheese to the sandwich , a kids cheese burger meal only cheese on the burger , and a box of the triple cheese and bacon deal they have at the moment, and my drinks.the bread on my sandwich were TWO different sizes, the chicken looked OLD AND DRY. My curly fries HARD and DRY. The cheeseburger NOT plain and had everything, at the window I asked the lady at the window to make sure it’s PLAIN with ONLY cheese again just to be safe but NOPE. The little box deal with BACON had almost zero bacon. The only part of the order that was not utter disappointment were the drinks. I don’t think this lets me add pictures, or I would. I’ve been going to this place for years, i really hope they improve, i really don’t know...

I stopped for a quick bite between shopping. I just ordered a little Jr Bacon & the value fries. I'm not the kind to nitpick at all, but for whatever reason I got quite a few very small, super crisp ones and a lot of ones under a 1/2 inch.

No big deal but I NEVER eat fast food and it was disappointing for my cheat meal. I walked in and the girl who helped me at the window happened to come up front to help me again. She was VERY sweet & immediately said "We'll remake them for you!" WITH A SMILE 😃 (Makes all the difference!)

I stopped to tell her manager as I left. Not all jobs are easy. Many service jobs come with dealing with unpleasant people often. Someone who brings such a sincere smile to work has a better day, I promise you!

Normally I tend to focus on the negative in my reviews but I wanted to change that to a positive today. This location has never failed me, the people in the drive-thru are always friendly and always give me exactly what I ordered every time to the point I don't even check before leaving now. Originally I wrote a negative review because the store was closed in the early mornings which is when I commute but this hasn't been an issue for a long time now. This location is awesome and I highly recommend them. One major bonus is that they don't pull that "Please pull around to the front" garbage that many other restaurants now push so as far as I'm concerned they can have all of my business. I just wish I had specific names of people to shout-out but I never ask, regardless, if you work at this location you're doing an...
