If I could give this UPS zero stars I would and I'm not one to leave a bad review unless I think a place desperately needs to change. I went it to mail out a laptop that was being sent as a scholarship award from mine and my husband's non-profit. The day we went, only one person was working, an older gentleman in which the receipt says his name is Michael and there was a long line. I know he was overwhelmed and we were trying to be polite and quick to help move the line and not make his time anymore frustrating. I had brought in a box from home and the laptop wrapped, with a Bible, but unfortunately all the items didn't fit in the box I brought in. I asked if I could purchase a box and have it packaged better (since I tried my best with what I had) and I bought insurance for $500 just in case, so I paid for a box, packing service fee, and insurance. He assured me that all the items would be put and shipped into one box and packaged. I received photos that not only did the laptop arrive in the box I gave them, but the Bible arrive in just a bag and both packaging was damaged and I'm praying the laptop continues to work. This is money from a NON-PROFIT meant to benefit others that you completely took from and didn't provide service for. Not to mention every single time we go in, the two male employees who work there, one I believe is Michael who's the older gentleman who helped us that day, and a younger man are short with you and really seem like they don't want to be there even if it's not busy. I'm really upset because this was supposed to be a scholarship to help someone who desperately needed help through school and I hope we don't have to go and purchase another $500+ laptop because of their lack of care. I don't care about the $16 I spent on packaging, what I care about is I feel mine and my husband's Non-profit organization was taken advantage of and we weren't treated well as customers. I just want there to be change at this location, whether they work with the current employees to provide better service or hire more people to help with the workload. I just will be taking my business to PJ's in Old Town Lincoln. Hopefully they can provide better service to the customers in the future. I'll be disputing the transaction with my bank since UPS customer service was no help at all either.

$2.10 dollars to print a shipping label but they have free candy on the desk... that's ridiculous. Here's an idea, free shipping label prints and pay for the candy. Nobody asked for candy. Edit. after reading your reply I have concluded this store is involved in corporate greed... i don't care what way you look at it. It costs 10 cents to print out a piece of paper Maybe a quarter tops. And after reading other reviews you just copy and paste your answer to anything negative about your prices. 100% will bad mouth the ups store to anyone I talk to about it.

NOT the best UPS Store... One guy is good The other, not so good. Definitely need more training. Or he's just a little socially odd. Nice enough guy. There's usually piles of returned cable boxes or something to be sorted and put away on the back shelf. Stark contrast to Orangevale UPS. That group of ladies has it down.

The place is fine with me but the employee I encountered are lacking some customer service. They need to train him again. I was asking him if they have some bubble wrap or box that could fit in the package I need to send back which is fragile but I got no response at first then later on he said no they don't have. Then he told me to just send it as is without bubble wrap since the insurance company will fix my iPad anyway. I adamantly said no, it specifically says in the instructions how to put the iPad in the package to ensure it won't cause more damage. And he just walked off, not sure what he was trying to do later came back with some bubble wrap for it which I appreciate but he could of at least told me so I'm not clueless. I was standing there confused but I don't want to be a "Karen" too lol. And today, I just called to verify if they are open tomorrow which is New years Eve day, he doesn't know and I could hear him asking his coworker and told me they are not open on New Years day. Thought of clarifying to him that tomorrow is 31st and he was still clueless and asked his coworker again while I'm on the phone. Again he could have told me to hold on for a minute and he will find out for me instead he started talking to his coworker while ignoring what I was saying since I wasn't done asking him. I know it's the same person I encountered when I walked in there 1 month ago because I can recognized his voice. I just hope they can teach him how to be polite and courteous...

Terrible customer service! First time older man repeatedly shouts to his possible wife, to check my ID for pick-up in a rather paranoid manor. When it was already checked!! A sane person would have walked up to her & quietly asked. Was ready to tell him he sounded stupid. At the Roseville UPS store they are VERY professional always!

Second time was dropping off a return, package was taken from me by possible son of old rude dude standing in lobby. He holds my package & decides to chat w/a worker who was just off shift about personal business for several minutes!! While doing nothing about getting my receipt to me. Apparently he can't talk & work at same time. Rsvle store always offers receipt. Very shady Lincoln store DIDN'T offer it. Was ready to tell this guy to give me the package & walk out as he was chatting. I decide to interrupt & say I need a receipt. Both him & Danielle Marple who was behind counter acted irritated I asked.. 3 LOSERS total here. BTW She wrote a "good" review for this place while working here, since they know they suck. Will NOT...
