Highly disappointed and will never be back…. me and my family have been loyal customers to this place through multiple cars. This last time i took it to get a oil change, I went to pick it up and there were oil stains on the driver seat. I nicely brought it to their attention and they said they will have it cleaned. That was perfectly fine with me bc i trusted them. They “clean” it, I come back, and the stain is still there after i went home and the seat had dried. We agree on bringing it back Wednesday (10/11) to try again. Once again, I come back, and the stain is still there. I show it to the Lady in charge and she claims “its not their grease and theres would have came out the first time they cleaned it”…..which it is obviously the same shape stain as the first go around. Why a loyal customer like me would purposely put oil stains on my seat is beyond me, but not her. She pointed out there was a small stain on my passenger seat and continued to accuse me of putting the stain on the driver seat myself. I asked her if there was any solution to this and she said she is not doing anything else. poor customer service and obviously do not care about who they service or their things. Hate that this happened and is leaving me with a stained seat. They tried but it should still be made right. Will be contacting...

Drove about 700 miles to Talladega for the race and about a mile from the track we had a blowout. Stayed at the campground at the track for the weekend and had to head out Monday morning but can’t drive another 700 Miles back home on a donut and needed a tire quickly. We stopped in at pit Stop and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and didn’t take advantage of people who were desperate and they had a beautiful used tire in my size. Took the spare off, dismounted, remounted, balanced and put the tire back on for only $45 and believe me it was so much appreciated. It’s hard to find good honest people and the people here were kind and honest and got us on the road within about 20 mins and believe me, it is way more appreciated than they will ever know and we thank them from The bottom of our heart. I would tell everyone I know about this place and send everyone there if I didn’t live so far away but those of you who do live around the area, I would definitely send you there and hope you do...

Worst experience with a shop I've ever had! I brought my truck in for an alignment and check codes and maybe repair whats causing them. They said they would call me about the codes to discuss the issue before fixing them. They never called me about the codes and when I asked what the codes were when I picked my truck up, I was told the mechanic who worked on my truck was to busy to explain to the the issues he found. When I took my complaint to the manager, the manager told it was normal and totally acceptable for the mechanic to not talk to customers about issues found on their vehicle and tried to tell me my complaint was not worth their time. Would not recommend this place to anyone nore will I...
