Air compressor quit working on a 2017 Volvo (D13 with I-Shift) Truck was right before the 168 exit ramp on I-20. We look for repair shop and we found Pit Row located at the same exit. Call them they send a Mobil Unit to check what is wrong with the truck. After the mechanic inspect everything told us the air dryer is bad. We explain that air compressor not building air, but the mechanic insisted the air dryer need to be change. He also told us we need to tow away the truck to the shop, because he cannot work on the shoulder. He offer to call his buddies from Hanks Towing that happen to be across the street from Pitt Row Shop and they tow away our truck to Pit Row Shop. There they need it to order the Air Dryer from VOLVO and told us the part will arrive next day. Next day air dryer was delivered and the mechanic replace it. The truck still didn’t build air. They called us and explain that we need to change the air compressor, because it doesn’t build air. Than we comely remind them that was the reason why we call for help first time around, why than they change the air dryer without any reason. We didn’t get any answer and have been told they will order an air compressor from Volvo, this time will be delivered same day. Air Compressor was delivered later in the day and while replacing it mechanic knock down an oil hose which was later duck taped by the mechanic and tied with plastic ties.(please see picture) Did not put the compressor hose into the fitting and was leaking air. Also the engine light come on. Very sloppy job. Terrible experience. Charge us $4,250.00 and told us everything is ok now you can go. 50 miles down the road come a message on the dash board “Air dryer malfunction” this time we went to Volvo dealership. They had to replace the knocked down hose from the previous mechanic, install a new fitting and reposition the air hose from the compressor also change the air dryer cartage. Apparently Pitt Row mechanic put a new air dryer with the old cartage. Terrible experience. Please if you have a choice...

If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would. Myself, my wife and my 2 year old found our selves on the side of the road two days before thanksgiving and had been told most service shops were going to be closed for the thanksgiving holiday. After having the Loves Service repair truck come out and tell us there was nothing they could do for us we had to call a tow truck. Our tow truck driver Bobby from Burleson towing made a call to Pit Row just before their shop closed and told them the situation and they agreed to wait after hours and see if they could help us. When we arrived the entire team came running out to our truck and started working on getting us back on the road. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes of arriving they had a fix. Within 10 minutes our truck was running. The best part of it all wasn't the exceptional service but the encouraging and uplifting words received from Mike and his partner. My wife and I were in tears leaving this place because upon arriving we felt defeated and ready to throw in the towel. We are extremely thankful that there are still honest, good hearted, and god fearing people in the world and we found a whole team of them at Pit Row. 10/10...

I have a 1987 Ford F150 that is having some sort of a fuel issue. I stopped by there on a Friday and Crystal said they could not get it on the rack until the following Wednesday. I dropped it off with her the following Wednesday just like we agreed. She said she would have a diagnosis by the next day. 10 days later when I called to check on it, no one had looked at it. Crystal acted as if though I was being unreasonable for calling three times in ten days and told me to just come get it because it isn’t worth their time. I have tried every way I could think of to contact the owner of the story company. If I were the owner, I would want to know that I had such terrible employees. I have spoken with four different employees that work for this sorry excuse for a garage and they all refuse to have the owner call me. If you are the owner of this company ,please give me a call.
