Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lincoln

This review is specific to the night shift at this particular location. For the past three weeks, I've been coming to this location at night because I like Taco Bell and because I'm working in the area. Every single night that I've came by here, something has been wrong. Most of the time, my order is not right. Either they're in too big of a hurry to listen to my order or they get confused. I'm not really sure what it is. The last two times I've been by here at night, they've been out of the things I want. The employees seem annoyed when I get up to the window and they act like I'm burdening them. This is unacceptable. I've worked fast food myself when i was younger so I can understand the frustrations. I also know that sometimes people have bad days. Hell I have them all the time but when it is consistently affecting the overall level of customer service, something needs to be done. I will continue to come to this location as long as I'm working in the area as I don't really like the other options available but the night shift needs an attitude adjustment. For all of this, I can say that the day shift employees are wonderful. I've never had an issue during the day time and they deserve praise. I really hope that corporate sees this review...

You know, the worst thing about Lincoln is the fact that there’s maybe 3 places to eat anything. Unfortunately this particular Taco Bell is one of them. Taco Bell isn’t usually that bad, but this is hands down the most consistently mess-up-your-order, time consuming, disgusting Taco Bell I’ve ever been. They’ve left cardboard in beans, I’ve bitten into rotten potato, Ive waited 20 minutes for orders, I’ve waited at the order speaker for 7 minutes without anyone being aware of my existence and had to drive away. Why keep going?.... Like i said there’s 3 options out here. But this will be the last mouthful of food I have to spit out the side of my truck. Pulled off the side of the road to write this. This Taco Bell here in Lincoln is a disgrace. Everytime we stop here there is no one inside or drive thru and it still takes 30-40 mins to get food out. This isn’t a 5 star restaurant. I always ordered extra steak on our items and pay for it but we don’t even get what is usually supposed to be on it. I sat here and watched this kid make our food he started on one luxe box the food been sitting in one box for over 15 mins getting cold. He grab a little pinch of cheese then threw 85 percent of it back 2-3 small pieces of cheese is all that comes on a taco or chalupa now? I’m confused I understand food cost is up but why cheat ur customers. I try not to ever come to this location and I haven’t been in months and came today bc it’s closer than Oxford one which is amazing by the way in all aspects.
