Contacted them about their website home with the ballerina, which I thought it was some sort of adult entertainment, didn't even realize the hair on her was "art" . I sent email in telling my concerns of the home page. My mother has been using a stylist for close to 15 years, which is great. The email I received back was: I am sorry you seen adult entertainment as I am the owner and actually did 18 different hair pieces each taking 2-5 weeks to design and doing shoot with 3 Joffrey ballet dancers to show the high difficulty in dance and architecture in hair as art. So sorry if you seen adult entertainment as that will be my first with our website most are intrigued by the art and what can be done with hair. I hope you took the time to explore the whole website and our talented staff we have at the salon. I wrote an apology back not realizing the "art" of hair was so complex which I wonder how many people would want that hair? I did look through website and saw all of the stylists but no prices, no actual broken down services : hair cut, haircut with style etc and with my email apologizing ask about that information. Today was the first time I’ve ever been to Serenity Salon & Day Spa. I met with Laura Hawk for a consultation first. So nice and attentive. We collaborated together and she had good ideas as well for me that I hadn’t thought of. It was worth the time for sure and I had pretty clear details of what I wanted. She really listened to me and honestly heard what I wanted! You don’t always get that when you have your hair done. She worked her magic by coloring my hair, wash, shampoo, deep condition, haircut, blow dry and curled my hair. The works. I am one happy lady! She beat my expectations from what I had envisioned. What more can you ask for? I will definitely be a repeat...

Book with this stylist!! My review story: Promised my daughter yrs ago that for her 15th bday we'd color her hair for the 1st time. Well, a few days before her big day, plans changed and I was scrambling to try to make my promise happen. I had Presidents Day off work and decided to fb mssg this salon. Enter Kaileen and all of her awesomeness!! She not only was able to fit my kid in, she was 100% game to do a Tik Tok trend thing with her that my daughter wanted to do (roulette choices) and she gave her an awesome cut & beautiful pop color...
