I have completed numerous photo pickups in the past, and I have always been promptly informed of any issues. However, this time, I received no notification or communication about the problems, yet I was still expected to purchase the photos. It's frustrating to see that critical details, like an entire address, are cut off. It would have been much more considerate to reach out to me and inform me of the situation. Used to love this place. Its losing its luster. Constantly getting "temporarily closed" text msgs, because other locations are a priority and they move the staff to those spots. I shouldn't have to bounce to different locations constantly. Makes me want to start looking at other options that are stable and can get me meds in a timely manner. Script sent on Thursday... Closed all weekend. Finally getting my stuff Monday...
