Burger King — Restaurant in Lincoln

Went through the drive through last night at 40 and Old Cheney. I ordered two burgers, both with ketchup, Mayo, lettuce and onion. I also ordered a large fry. The service was extra quick. As soon as I got out of the drive through I found my large fry was not in the bag. I was NOT mad, it happens sometimes I totally get it, no worries. I whip back around to the drive through and kindly tell them what happened. The girl, who was clearly just a bratty high schooler who didn't care about her job, had a rude tone with me, almost like she thought I was lying. She did not apologize or anything she just seemed really annoyed and said to pull around. As I'm waiting, I decide to eat one of my burgers. The first one I opened had no cheese on it. It had no mayo OR ketchup. It was literally a bun with meat and three servings worth of onions on it. I decided since they were taking forever and because their little cheerleader employee was just going to be rude that I would just let it go and not bring it up. The second hamburger was correct. The only issue is it looked like they put the missing cheese from the first hamburger on It. There was literally 5 pieces of cheese on it. So i wasn't going to mention the burger but I did wait almost TEN minutes for that large fry. When I finally​ got to the window, I had a friendly smile on my face and was kind. I always am. I've worked food service and I've never given a review until today because this was ridiculous! The girl shoved the bag of COLD FRIES out the window and said "here you go" and shut the window on me. No apology for the amount of time I waited. No apology or even a half ass smile for messing my order up to begin with. No thank you. She made me feel like I was the issue. I'm never returning to this location. I LOVE the staff you guys have at 48 and van dorn and 84 and O. I will always love BK but I felt like this needs to be addressed. By far one of the worst experiences I have had at a Burger King!!

Well where do I begin.... I went through the drive thru and ordered the pick 2 for $6, I asked for 2 of the big kings, I also ordered 2 of the newer Spicy Royal Crispy Wraps with a small onion ring.

I pulled up to the window and paid and sat around for about 5 minutes. I was then ask if I could pull around to the front of the building and they would bring it out when it was ready. I thought that was fine because they probably needed to cook this chicken.

I ended up sitting there for about 15 minutes and they never came out so I went inside and they had just finished filling a back and handed it to me. The said they gave me a large fry instead of a small for the wait but I said I ordered onion rings not fries. I got annoyed and just took my food anyways.

Once home I opened up the bag and after taking everything out of the bag I found out I didnt receive anything i ordered. I got a junior rodeo burger thing, a junior bacon cheeseburger (I think), and 2 of some kind of chicken sandwiches, and a large fry.

I understand things happen because I have worked fast food in the past but to pull someone forward and not even come close to giving the right order is absolutely ridiculous! This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location so something needs to be done. I for one am done with Burger King from...

I really really wish I could give a no star review. This burger king is close to where I live so we go semi regularly. Every single time, something is wrong with our order whether we go to the store or order delivery. Tonight, I went after work. I get that it's a Friday and late and kinda busy and there's only two people. I used to work in the food industry there's no one more understanding than me. I order the BK bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich with no sauce. I wait in line for about 25 minutes before getting to the window. The girl (bless her heart she was kind) give me the food and I check it before I pull away bc they always mess it up and there's sauce. So I tell her, she tells the cook, and he gets me a new one. J say thanks and pull to the front of the store to check again and thank god I did bc he gave me just chicken and cheese. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. So I go inside and tell the cook I tell him I get it but like come on. He makes me a new one and gives me an extra one which I thought was nice.
