Old Navy — Local services in Lincoln

Old Navy is a great store with nice quality clothes for men, women, boy and girls all for an amazing price. There is always someone down and isle ready to ask me if I need any help, which I love.

The dressing rooms here are disappointing the last time I came. Clothes were all over the racks, on the ground and inside the dressing rooms. This usually seems to be the biggest problem most of the time I visit Old Navy. I understand customers make the mess but I feel employees should treat the clothes I'm about to buy with more respect.

We went when there was a sale with my whole family. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the back of the store, two employees were blocking my way when I said "Excuse me" they just glared at me and slowly moved away. The bathroom smelled awful, had no toilet paper, and the employee in there didn't wash her hands! Also when trying on jeans with my family member aged 8 in the same earshot, the employees were trying to sign up for online dating and were cursing a lot, which is not acceptable for a workplace with small children. I have mixed reviews about my visit today! But at the end they were able to help me out! I went to exchange a Swimsuit top that they didnt have in the store so the worker was going to order me another one to be shipped I was thinking for an exchange but no...she charged me full price when I got it on sale!!!
