Absolutely love this farmers market more than the Haymarket one. Simply because this is much more a FARMERS market not a makers market. It is predominantly fresh produce/homemade pastas, desserts, seasoning salts, etc. All of the things we looked at were more reasonably priced than the produce at the Haymarket one.
There is a wider selection of merchants who accept EBT, which I feel is great as fresh/local produce is hard to come by in grocery stores and is often expensive.
Somehow this farmers market feels more personable despite being equally as busy as the one in the Haymarket. Many of the merchants will take their time to explain where they source their products. I've found some of the most delicious tomatoes, corn, melons, breads, and ground beef.
Parking can be a bit tight, as it's busy but it's an easy walk from anywhere...

It is now "Sunday Farmers' Market at College View". It has moved to 48th and Prescott in Lincoln, NE and opening day is 4/29/2018 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
