Dollar Tree — Local services in Linden

I used to be able to find things in the store and it was always well stocked and neat, but lately you go into the store and it's shelves are empty and a mess all around. I went today and they had employees stacking the shelves and that's good. My only problem was that some items were put up high and out of my reach, tried to get someone to help me but couldn't get anyone. One minute they're right there and the next nowhere to be found. Went to the cash register and I had to wait for the cashier to come. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

I had to purchase a few things here. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a gift bag that was on the top hook on the wall, I asked an employee for help, and he ignored me. I had to ask a customer to reach it for me. The cashier was very nice and actually greeted me. I actually thought for a moment that I was in Florida, where you get greeted by the cashier. This is the first time that this has happened to me in New Jersey. Improvement is needed in making sure that shelves are stocked. I recently went, and unfortunately, not much has changed . What they did was change everything around, so now you have to go through each aisle to find what you're...

This particular location is okay I've been to many locations ...I've been to this location when the more mature workers worked and even when the younger staff worked..the younger manager with the dyed hair is not a good manager and the way she interacts with her younger employees is unacceptable..like who's the boss..I was just in the store almost closing time..and her along with a younger Male and female employee were behaving like children and I listened to the young man blurt out the N word ..not to anyone in particular but just as a part of his convo which was loud enough for anyone to hear and i felt it was inappropriate..so the store is okay...the staff needs...

I worked here and it is a mess. The store is sloppy,management is a joke and the products are terrible. They had ice cream out all day and told me to put it back in the freezer. This place is a sanitation nightmare. The men bathroom had nothing but dried piss on the floor. Very sticky. Management is non existent. I would arrive to work before management. Store opens at 8 you would think everyone would be in there since 630 getting everything ready but nope. Management comes in at 805....
