I wish i could give NO stars because 1 star is being nice! I brought my phone in to see how much they would charge me to fix it. This was my very 1st time in this store. my phone screen was in really bad shape. But they told me they were able to fix it. I gave them the phone although the screen was badly damaged it was still in one piece. I shattered my screen trying to save my 3 yr old daughter at the time from hitting her head against the wall. She had tripped and fell. So i left the phone with them and hours later i came back for the phone. And on the surface, they did a really good job repairing my glass. They charged me for a reasonable price and i checked the screen and it looked like how i got it when it was brand new. I was very satisfied. However, my 1st red flag was that 1, they charged me 85 dollars and i gave them 100, and they were only gonna give me back 4 dollars in change... Until i told them i was missing change. Then it was corrected until red flag 2 was they didn't give me a receipt. Then red flag 3 my sim card tray was missing. So I told them that i was missing tue tray and right away i was told that the tray was never there and if it was missing they would've told me. Just like they was gonna let me walk out with only 4 dollars of change??? So yes as a 1st time customer i was upset. And i expressed how i felt in a calming manner and how I didn't bring my phone to them with missing parts. Thank Goodness my wife had the same phone and because ahe upgraded her phone, i took the sim card tray out her old phone. I SHOULDN'T OF HAD TO DO THAT! lastly, I was really unable to check it because my phone was so outdated it was back to back updates. So once my phone fully updated i went to go on youtube and my speakers stopped working. I brought my phone back to them to explain that the only way i can hear out my phone was through the AUX cord or a Bluetooth speaker and if they could assist. And i wasn't sure if they guy i spoke to was a manager or not but its like once he saw my face he was very rude. Just saying oh the screen has nothing to do with the speakers and this other stuff. Now Reguardless if they were damaged already with the screen or not, for a 1st time customer who gets their tech repaired there then run into more issues, you should provide them with good customer service! And at least offer to check the tech out for them instead of say things like "oh that had nothing to do with the screen" or "we didn't touch your speakers" and pretty much chase them off. At that point i just told them if you guys arent going to help me then i will take my business elsewhere. Then instead of just saying "okay sir im sorry this all happened have a nice day" or something like that, he continues to argue with me as I walk out the door!
In conclusion.... DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
I got my phone fixed for a reasonable price. And i was able to see my phone back in its former glory... And thats the only nice thing i have to say about them... And because of their screw up with my speakers, i have to waste more money taking my phone elsewhere. They customer service SUCKS!!! And if you take your phone here, double/triple/quadruple check your items and make sure EVERYTHING is on there. And if you have to do that, i rather go somewhere...
Read moreCame in for a used iPhone because my 8 plus was beyond cracked front and back. The owner proceeded to offer using the internals of my phone and the body of a donor phone for whatI would consider a really reasonable price due to not having what I was looking for. I enjoyed the ingenuity and and the out of the box thinking which ultimately gave me what I wanted and needed. Have bought 3 phones from here and stuff like that keeps repeat customers....

I go in to get my iPhone screen fixed and he replaces my screen with some fake grainy screen, I go back and complain because the fault is so glaring and he changes it to something worse that literally stopped working after 3 days and when I go back to him he tells me I did something to it so ‘I...
