I’m terrible at planning and following through with haircuts for myself - so I called around 10:00 am today (a Saturday) on the chance they had walk ins available. They didn’t, but the person managing the phones was kind enough to take my name and number and said she’d call if there were cancellations. I got lucky and there was indeed a cancellation! I made an appointment 2 days ago for my daughter to get her hair done for homecoming. I was told noon and when I showed up at noon no one was there and the salon was closed.
