I went to this location to pay my bill. The fat Mexican girl that works there was talking to an older Spanish speaking woman for 20 minutes. The line had about 6 people waiting to pay or to purchase phones. I left went to oder food next door which took around 10 minutes. When I returned to the store people were leaving because that fat girl that works there was still talking to that woman. I'm unsure what they were talking about because they were speaking in Spanish. I finally ask why was it taking so long. They employee started taking the next person in line only to stop working with them to talk with that older woman again . She wasn't typing and talk she stop working with the customer completely. I finally ask what was taking so long I was told by the employee I could leave . I told her that ok sure the owner would like to know how she let customers walk away because she wasn't assissing them .She called the police but police saw that I did nothing wrong. That store only hire Mexicans and other Spanish speaking people. Never seen a white , Asia, or black person working there. Our neighborhood is thinking of boycotting...

He was overpaying for what he thought was a phone and 2 tablet lines. She refused to change his plan or give him a receipt. She even tried to scare him saying “call the police, you don’t have proof either way” I logged into his My Metro account and saw that Purchase History was only $100 and since he paid cash, that means they stayed with the extra $60. Upon speaking about this issue with others, we found out that this location is known for scamming people. It is unacceptable people who come from different countries are taken advantage like this.
