To anyone delivering pull straight in towards the building and there are 4 red and white signs that tell you where to go. Tankers drive around back and get on the scale and follow the directions on the side of the call box. The bays are diagonal off to the right of the scale. You may or may not hear anyone on the other end of the phone. You will hear it hang up. Just wait in your truck and someone will come out to meet you. They will give you the option to stay connected to your trailer or disconnect and wait out side. They do all the work. It takes about an hour and 30 minutes to empty. Hope this helps.
