Culver’s — Restaurant in Little Canada

I was here today little after noon on 12-6-17 and I just got the grilled chicken sandwich. the service is ok. Would it kill u guys to crack a smile and say hi?😒🧐 I went thru drive though and the guy who took my order (never got his name) seemed in a hurry to get my order done. Note it’s not too busy there today, maybe a lil. But please at least say have a great day after u give me a number and to pull up. I do a lot better at this, I work at Cottage grove location and I’m way wayyyy better at this, even on register. All in all, good food, but service could be a bit better, it’s not the worst though. P.s. always check your order before leaving to make sure you got what you wanted. Just a helpful tip!!!

Update: 12-17-17 around 12pm. Went back, got a hamburger triple with pickles grill onions and tomatoes with no bun. Not enough pickles. Only 2? Really? I didn’t ask for ez pickles but maybe next time someone says pickles at least put 4-6 instead of 2 on there. I did check my food when I got to my car but I didn’t have time to ask for extra pickles because I had to get back and watch the Vikings game. But at least more pickles next time then 2. At least 5.

Update 2: 1-7-18 2pm came back to try again. Danasia the employee never said hi, guy manager never acknowledged me to say hi too. Never again will I come by here again!!!!!! Until you guys learn to smile say hi and have a great Day then maybe I come back but til then, never again coming back. I’ll stick with woodbury from now on!!!!!! 👋🏻😡 pss altho the guy manager gave me my food he could’ve said have a great day. Only time he acknowledged me was giving me my food and checking on it to see if it was done by STill never again comin back. Heed...

First time at this location. My food was fine but the Sundaes we ordered were disappointing. My friend ordered a vanilla with with chocolate fudge and marshmallow. He had a few bites and brought it back up stating there wasn’t any marshmallow in it. The man at the counter assured him there was. He sat back down and was telling me how he paid for the topping and he can’t even tell it’s there. A female comes to the table after overhearing and and rudely says it is on there because she made it herself. And even if that is true, if the customer can’t even tell it’s on there, why wouldn’t you add more? He did pay extra for it. This is not the kind of service we have typically seen from other Culver’s. When I ordered my food, I asked for cheese curds. She asked if I wanted a dipping sauce. I had just seen the cheddar dipping sauce on an advertisement so I asked for that. Same lady that was rude to my friend told me there is already cheese inside the curd. I said I am aware. She rolled her eyes. There is zero chance either of us will dine at this location again. I feel Ike my food was good enough to not rate a 1 star. It was the service that earned the rating. Another employee was rude too. I feel like Culver’s leadership would not stand for how we were treated and spoke to. We were in a good mood and friendly. There must have been something that happened prior to us arriving that could explain...

So a lot of times when I come through the drive-thru I see my order placed up on the board when I get it home it's a different order so after spending 30 bucks you want your money's worth so I'll go back they'll remake it or sometimes I'll be so mad and ask for a refund this is happened more than once but Culver's you have the best burgers in town so it's hard to Not come back of course I will never go to McDonald's ever again but today we decided to stay in and everything we order that was on the receipt is not what we received so they remade are burgers and then as I was just speaking with my sister she told me that her caramel cashew Sunday also have chocolate in it which doesn't come with chocolate mine's didn't so I was a little confused but I don't understand how you order something and you have it correct.
