Didn’t have a very good experience with Roomz. The customers service is not very honest nor does they stand behind their products ...I had a couch and love seat delivered…The legs to each piece was in a plastic bag. where as I found one of the legs broken in the bag… I immediately called the store and even went to the location.. I was told they had to order from the warehouse and it would take a week to come in. But never heard back. So I then called several more times within the next two weeks and one of the Ladies told me she wasn’t aware of anything but could tell me It would be in the following week again..They would call. Just kept giving me the run around about it. I Even ask for the manager on two occasions and was told he wasn’t there….. I never received the leg or heard from anybody from the Store.. That’s been almost 6 months ago.…I will never shop with Roomz ever again. That’s Bad business. Only reason for the one Star is it wouldn’t let me...
