Waffle House — Restaurant in Little Rock

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO UNIVERSITY WAFFLE HOUSE. My family loves the Waffle House on Bowman rd. And they were always amazing for us but when we heard about the new Waffle House on university since it was closer we decided to give it a chance. I cannot stand lazy people not can I stand lazy people who are getting paid to work. We spent nearly 50$ for a to go order and to have our order made and waited nearly an hour when it wasn't even at rush hour. When we got the order back home the waffles were cold, hash brown order was wrong, can't even tell the damn difference between sausage and bacon. Take the two main orders back up to be fixed and nobody even acknowledge our presence for a solid 5 mins. Finally after continuously asking for someone's help one of the workers acknowledged me but kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted done. Ended up they threw a cold piece of cheese on my hashbowns and a few tomatoes on top of that no ham was added though. They acted like it was a slap in the face to even ask them to fix my order. Well glady take the extra drive to Bowman from now on because they can at least tell the difference between...

Entering the establishment, i saw that hardly any seats were clean (Should have been mty first sign). I was asked what I wanted to drink a couple minutes after sitting down, but it wasn't until the manager asked me ten minutes later what I wanted to order and what I wanted to drink. While waiting for those ten minutes I saw a woman asking for her grits, which she never even received. I saw another family sit for a few minutes and leave after getting no service. I really should have left, but I wanted breakfast. After getting my food, my waffle was cold and I wasn't given any butter, nor any ketchup or pepper. For whatever reason they put cheese on my eggs without asking. During the entire time I was eating (about 20 minutes) I was asked once, again by the manager, if I needed anything. However I had two bites of my waffle left so I said no. I will not be returning here, the wait staff was unorganized and can't handle the job, while the manager was lazily trying to hold together this place. I don't expect class when I go to waffle house, but I certainly expected...

Nasty...I I honestly never had an issue with them until tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with hash browns order came quicker than my drink which was flat I took 2 bites and didn't and request something different after several minutes they offer me 4 eggs toast and hash browns which the toast just looked like overly buttered bread I didn't eat that either...got my ticket and was charged for everything mine you the manager never came until I had an issue with paying and told me he would only take 20 percent off because I ate it and should have came directly to him how could I ha EA known he was the manger idk but the cook who was so polite offered to cook me something else to compensate I took it so we could leave but it just seems like they were out of more by giving us free food then actually giving good customer service the manger really needs help in that area...only reason they got 2 stars is because of the cooks kindness and generosity and respect for the situation but I...
