Taqueria los agaveros 5 — Restaurant in Little Rock

I've been to this place a couple of times and overall the food has been good but the service is awful, the staff always seems to be in a bad mood and the service is way too slow, I've seen other people upset about how long it takes to get your order but today I definitely made the decision to never be there ever again, I called and ordered 20 minutes before my lunch time, I arrived at 12 at the drive thru I waited 15 minutes while they served the people in front of me, when it was time to pick up my order the lady who was delivering the orders told me they didn't have my order, I told her yes that I ordered over the phone and let her know I would be there in 20 minutes I went back to the kitchen to ask and she said no that they didn't have my order to proceed with wanting to take my order (probably thinking that I would wait another 20 minutes, as if I didn't have to go back to work) I told her no and thanked her even when she didn't even apologize to me for What happened, without being aware that I lost my lunch hour in nothing, as a recommendation I advise you that if you go to take all the time and patience in the world, also expecting bad faces, believe me I know I'm not the only one who thinks the same.
