Bought a handful of crystal sun catchers they looked damaged either in shipping or manufacturing, but they would not give me any discount and was still selling them as is even though the top part of the crystal, where the string is going through the crystal had a sharp edged. A very unsafe product for just a couple of dollars off if they were going to even allow a discount. They had no care in the world about danger or damage.
