I’ve bought the Vi peel kits from this store for about a year and a half and let me tell you I’ve literally tried each and everyone lol. I’ve seen such an improvement with my skin and the discoloration I had. It’s like night and day so my opinion on ppl leaving negative reviews and specifically for The Vi Peel what that tells me is that u skipped or missed a step in the directions and messed up your vi peel and yes it does take time and patience bc there are quite frankly a ton of steps the first 2 days but as long as u can follow directions this shouldn’t be an issue. Also you should alway be checking the date on the vi peel that’s the first thing u do to make sure it’s within a years time still good to use. At least that’s what I was told to do. I too went to a Bev hills salon first time I got a Vi peel and to my horror was charged $700 and then found this website and have been going here ever since. I in fact had much better results when I did it at home also like 150% more peeling and just all around way better results! I did leave my peel on a tad bit longer once my skin was getting more used to it but I def don’t recommend that for newbies. The 700 Bev hills salon recommended a package of 5 sessions of vi peel. Lol and that’s what I did myself at home haha of course spread out and not too close to another! Be patient and follow directions and do not pick and if ur that person who will do that or picks their face then this is absolutely NOT FOR YOU!!! (Pro tip) If you can bare it try to leave the towelettes on your skin for a lolol longer to get the best peeling affects! It works I’m telling you! If your skin can handle it of course! ;) I was also told really really try to not but like ANY MOISTURIZER on your face and that includes the spf they gave u in your kit. If u can hold off for two days and just let your face really peel without any added moisturizer you’ll be so much happier. Now of course if your going to be outside or there’s any chance of u being outside you def want to put the spf on but try covering ur face with a hat or whatever else or just stay in but those 2 days you’ll see the best results if u don’t do it for 2 days! I purchased a cleanser by Image Skincare from this online retailer. Upon receiving it, I suffered a violent breakout on my skin. I opened the bottle of the cleanser and compared the contents of it to the contents in the bottle that I got from an esthetician. Low and behold, the cleanser from Skincare Solutions Store had a yellow tint/color to it. It is supposed to be clear. I contacted Image Skincare to find out if this online retailer was authorized to sell their products. They told me, "No. We do not have a relationship with Skincare Solutions Store. We only have a relationship with 2 online retailers." She gave me the names of the two online retailers. Upon reaching out to Skincare Solutions Store to let them know what Image Skincare told me, Tara replied, "Image Skincare does not like their products sold online, so they will tell you that anyone who sells their products online are selling counterfeit." Yes. She actually went that far to cover up her fraudulent activity. Additionally, when I demanded a refund, she attempted to make me feel bad about myself for doing so. Her response to me after demanding a refund was, "It is quite amusing that you are making such a big deal about the least expensive product that Image Skincare makes." I guess she thinks she is entitled to whatever she receives in a fraudulent manner, rather than attempting to rectify the situation. It's not about the cost at all. It's the professional thing to do.
