Panchos tacos — Restaurant in Colorado

The first time I went here was amazing! Second time not so much. My steak was not fresh, but reheated. When steak is reheated it has a different flavor and to me its icky. It had the reheated flavor. If I'm gonna eat a steak taco it should be fresh. This wasn't. The cilantro, and lime were fresh. THey said there was cheese (I couldn't find it) take a look because there is none. It's hit or miss. Owners, don't serve me meat left over from the night before. Be creative and serve it in something else. Last time I came you didn't even have steak. Step up your game... This little food truck is legit. They have a dialed in menu with a model that is ideal. Short list of options but everything is top quality.
